My intention for my life as a teenager was to be a U.S. Senator. I saw that as a way to follow President John F. Kennedy's call to Americans to "Ask not what your country can do for you, but ask what you can do for your country." I eventually channelled that into deciding to become a secondary English teacher to share my love of literature, writing, poetry and drama. I also wanted to change the educational system. Teaching taught me that everything was connected to STORY. That lead me into becoming a full time, professional storyteller who was in countless schools offering programs of world-wide and Native American story and song, dance and drum. Stories change the world one person at at a time.

All through these years I was also a student of metaphysics. At the ARE or Edgar Cayce Center in Virginia Beach, I took classes in everything from meditation to psychic development to dream analysis to past life therapy and more. Now is the time for me to return to my first loves of teaching and storytelling, only moving into the realms I have a lifelong and continuing passion for. That is the realm of spiritual growth and our souls journey thru time.
