Once upon this time, the you that is an eternal soul, chose to come again into form called a personality and into matter called the physical body and the earth. Imagine that. On the voyage of Life,  we  each arrive and set sail for the journey. We have chosen our companions called family, friends, colleagues to be on this voyage with us. Also,  we are never alone, you are never alone, as your past, present and future companion you. In each moment, all 3 realms are. When popular literature speaks of be here now or focus on the present, there is not an understanding of the ways our very complex and convoluted past from our past lives is there also.This must be honored for true healing to happen. Plus, it is a wondrous and expansive opportunity to truly become aware of the depths of what you as a returning soul have carried into this lifetime. We are meant to enter into what has been thought of as the mystery to KNOW SELF.
